Downtown - Freedom Prayer Request

Freedom Prayer is simply the name of a specific ministry at Church of the City that aims to help people find freedom from barriers that may keep them from experiencing joy and peace in Christ. Freedom Prayer is a personal prayer ministry that exists to help with the process of recognizing and resolving anything that would keep us from an abiding relationship with God. We are excited about your desire to move forward with a Freedom Prayer session. After you complete this application, you will be sent an email confirmation with a link to sign up for a prayer time on a Wednesday Evening at our Downtown Location: 601 4th Avenue South in Nashville. If you have not already read the FAQs about freedom prayer on the website (www.cotc.com/freedomprayer), we’d encourage to do so before completing this form. If you have any questions, please email DTfreedomprayer@cotc.com.

For example: Sunday Worship Gathering, Community Group, friend (include their name), website, someone on the Freedom Prayer team (include their name)

Limit to 1–2 paragraphs.

For example: Would you like a specific person to be present or excluded on your prayer team?

We are glad to build a prayer team to accommodate your preference; e.g. if you are a female and would like only females present during your prayer time, please let us know.
