  • Church of the City CARS Ministry is able to serve Tennessee residents of Williamson, Davidson, or Maury counties. 
  • You must be at least 18 years old to apply for the program.
  • If you currently own a vehicle, you will not be eligible for the program.
  • You must have a valid Tennessee driver's license for at least ONE YEAR prior to submitting this form. 
  • You must be currently employed and able to provide proof of steady employment for the past year. 
  • Completing this form is the first step in the process to qualify for our waitlist. Completing this form is not a guarantee of a vehicle.
  • Please do not submit multiple requests as this backlogs our system and response time to each individual.

Your license needs to be valid for at least ONE YEAR to be considered for our program.

Please use this space to share your address, city, state, and zip. Many of our applicants come from different housing situations. If you are currently experiencing homelessness, unfortunately, you will not qualify for our waitlist at this time.

As a reminder, you must be currently employed and able to provide proof of steady employment for the last year.
